Some people refer to frameworks as &#039;formulas&#039; but I don&#039;t find them to be the same. A formula has variables and implies a specific outcome when the right math operators are applied. A framework doesn&#039;t promise an outcome but it creates boundaries, efficiencies and consistency that WILL create great outcomes over time.</description>
