How To Rock #Blogchat Like a Pro

Mack Collier’s #blogchat is the best 60 minute investment you can make.  It’s a must for any blogger.

However, I’m not the only one that feels this way – hundreds of other savvy bloggers agree.

That means, #blogchat is now the ultra-hip blog dance club where everyone hangs out every Sunday night at 9:00pm  EST.

The (slight) downside is that the tweets come hard and fast and it’s easy to get disoriented while in the chat.   I remember when I first popped in.  Within 10 minutes, I thought my head would explode.  But over time, I learned how to manage the information and actively participate in the conversation.

Here’s a quick video on how I set-up my #blogchat “Command Central”.  Hopefully you can use the info to squeeze more out of the next #blogchat event

Video Length: 12 minutes
What You Need: Tweetdeck, Tweetgrid (www.tweetgrid.com)

Stanford — Very helpful. Have been using TweetGrid as suggested for #blogchat, but combining with my Twitter client at the same time is a great idea. "See" you tomorrow night.

    Stanford,

I have participated in a few #blogchat discussions and I so happy to see someone in there who uses CommentLuv. I wish more bloggers would add this plugin.
