I owe it to a good friend to re-address this hot-button issue.  You see, a week ago I tackled the topic of social media engagement and hit the subject with a full broadside.  Although I’m happy with this post, I also felt it left a few questions unanswered.

For example, what about the thousands of bloggers out there working their heart out building and servicing their audiences?  Are they hopelessly disillusioned?  Is ALL engagement bad?  Is there a better way of engaging without spinning your wheels?
